At the Seleni Institute, my colleagues and I are committed to providing excellent psychotherapy for women and couples experiencing reproductive and maternal mental health challenges, from mild parenting stress and worry, to severe postpartum depression and anxiety, to the grief of losing a child. We specialize in supporting women and couples through pregnancy; the postpartum period; infertility and IVF; miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant loss; parenting and parenthood.
I have expertise working with women experiencing challenges across the entire reproductive life story, including infertility, miscarriage, stillbirth, depression, and anxiety. I use varied and extensive interventions that have been established empirically as effective treatment.
