Can I help? If you are perusing therapist profiles, you must have the sneaking suspicion that you might be able to do better, feel more connected, save or enrich your relationship, or just be happier. Sometimes partnering with a professional is exactly the boost you need to get things back on track. Together we will develop and hone tools to strengthen your relationship, manage your stress, and help you feel happy and "you" again. My primary therapeutic interests include couples therapy, depression, trauma, and women's issues. EMDR Part I & II trained. *Check my website to learn about therapy online!
What you see is what you get, that's me, as a person and a therapist. We will set goals together and I will challenge and encourage you toward them. My style is relaxed but direct, favoring cognitive behavioral, emotion focused, and solution focused interventions.
On a personal note, I have been married 9 years to my college sweetheart, Jason. We have two rescue dogs and love to spend time with them outdoors. I also enjoy camping, gardening, cooking, eating and wine!
