I have been providing therapy for 25 years. Many people have experienced anxiety, panic, depression, post traumatic stress disorder, substance abuse and addiction, chronic pain, headaches & migraines, bipolar disorder, ADHD, as well as adjustment disorders. These problems interfere with everyday life and happiness. There is hope because they can be successfully treated.
I use EMDR therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. EMDR Therapy brings a lot of relief rather quickly and it is lasting. It is a very empowering therapy.
I know that experiencing any of the these issues can be hard to deal with and I would like to be of help to you. Being available at times that work for you is important to me. Therefore I have evening appointments through the 7 p.m. hour Monday through Thursday.
