I offer Play Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy and skills building. My greatest strength as a counsellor has been to form a genuine connection between myself and clients offering a Humanistic Approach. I offer evening and weekend hours Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Play therapy sessions use fun and engaging activities involving puppets, play- doh, games, art, figurines, books, DVD's, and LEGO that are specifically selected to aid in the therapeutic process. Through play children act out their past, present, and dreams for the future in a safe environment.
