My practice has been dedicated to helping individuals, couples & families for 25+ years. Areas of expertise include couples therapy, depression, anxiety, addictions, grief and loss, life transitions, trauma, abuse, eating disorders & ACOA issues. Having experienced the loss of my parents, I understand deeply the complex reactions to many types of losses.
I believe that people heal and grow through positive experiences and supportive relationships. Therapy is a place to develop such relationships. My experience includes advanced training in couples therapy (emotionally focused), family therapy, solution focused therapy, trauma, addictions , and work with family members of substance abusers.
