There are times when life can become overwhelming. Depression, anxiety, grief, loss, relationship problems, job related stress and other difficulties can cause one to feel alone and unhappy. It is during these challenging times that therapy can be a positive means of support, insight, and help in finding new ways of dealing with tiresome and difficult issues. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is paramount and for that reason, I am committed to providing a safe, confidential environment and will individualize my approach in order to help you meet your specific needs and goals.
In addition to being a private practitioner since 2007, my background includes 10 years as a clinical therapist and child specialist at Good Samaritan Behavioral Healthcare where I was able to assist clients in individual, group and family therapy modalities as well as in numerous school settings.
PLEASE NOTE I AM UNABLE TO ACCEPT NEW CLIENTS AT THIS TIME. IF YOU WOULD LIKE ME TO SEND YOU A REFERRAL LIST, PLEASE EMAIL ME AND I WILL DO SO.
