I believe you should be treated holistically considering your mind-body-spiritual needs. I use art therapy, sensorimotor psychotherapy, mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy.
As a creative therapist, I focus on what you bring to the sessions and what your goals are, and utilize creative ways to facilitate change. Together we develop a plan and goals which empower you in your healing process. I understand that it is not easy to seek help, and I will work in a supportive manner to empower you in your goal for a satisfying life.
