Mr. Derek Lee

(419) 318-1435 x501
My specialty is working with children, generally ages 10 - 18, working to manage a variety of issues that children and teens struggle with. Some typical areas that I assist with include anxiety, sadness/depression, AD/HD, divorce, adjustment disorders, substance abuse, and thoughts of self harm. My focus is to help you learn how to manage these challenges in life, to help you overcome these obstacles, so that you can be successful in anything you choose to do. In addition to my abilities, there are four other counselors at Perrysburg Counseling Services that provide the ability to help nearly anyone.
In addition to my areas of strength listed above, I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with experience in crisis counseling for suicidal clients. As previously mentioned, there are four other counselors in the practice offering decades of experience in a variety of settings, including hospitals, schools, and inpatient treatment centers.
Each of our specialists has extensive experience in thier area of expertise. This includes a christian counselor that is a minister, and a children's specialist with a background in education and school counseling. Our goal is to provide you with the best services available. If we can't, we'll help you find them!
