Hello and welcome to my webpage! Do you want to tell YOUR story and truly be heard and validated? If so, then we need to work together! I am here to help adults, teenagers, and family members of addicts face their own issues, and learn new coping skills for problematic situations. This is the foundation of a more balanced life, but like anything else worth having in life, you have to work at it.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addictions Counselor. I specialize in helping people with grief, depression & anxiety, as well as family members of alcoholics/addicts, anger management, and relationship issues. I am here to help you understand your emotions and options for consequences of your decisions.

My practice has reasonable fees and I have over 14 years of experience in the Counseling field with 12+ years of experience with addiction issues. I personally have faced trauma, near-death, addiction, domestic violence, and chronic pain. From this perspective, I have confidence that I can assist you.
