I have extensive training in relational psychoanalysis. I am flexible in my approach and listen closely to the needs of my patients. I integrate cognitive behavioral interventions, relaxation practices, dream work, EMDR and other effective methods that work towards symptom relief and a greater understanding of oneself.
I have experience working with adults, couples and adolescents. I specialize in a broad range of issues including: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, eating disorders and career related issues.
I also have extensive experience working with people who have gone through traumatic experiences. I often use EMDR to help assist in symptom relief.
