Groups
Interpersonal Process Group
This is a 16 week group that includes feedback. Some relationship goals include but are not limited to: Improving trust, nurturing curiosity, openness and patience; safely expressing and experiencing feelings; communicating wants/needs while also taking responsibility for them; altering habitual, unhelpful reactions; tolerating direct feedback; setting, adjusting and maintaining boundaries, and co-creating close and meaningful relationships. Our group is an "interpersonal laboratory" where clients can safely practice assertive communication skills, learn to experience the triumphs and challenges of intimacy, change problematic pattens and come to develop courage and resiliency to navigate life.

Sexual Addiction Recovery Group
This is a group designed for people recovering from sexual addiction who seek either an alternative to 12 step groups or additional support. Group process includes feedback, emotional intelligence practice and study of sexual recovery/trauma information. We will address the underlying issues that lead to trying to get non-sexual needs (connection, comfort, appreciation) met through compulsive sexual behavior. Participants may be addicted to masturbation to pornography, voyeurism, exhibitionism, fetishism, commercial sex (apps, sexual massage, strip clubs, prostitution, sex clubs) cybersex (webcams, chat rooms) or any other compulsive sexual behavior having consequences to relationships and repeated despite the impact.
