I am a child and adult therapist specializing in trauma treatment. I work from a humanist approach and taylor my treatment to individual client needs. I'm comfortable in verbal and nonverbal modalities and base my practice on my belief that individuals have a resiliency and innate drive towards wellness.
I started Center Psychotherapy in 2010 after seventeen years of work as a clinician, educator and evaluator. My primary goal was to build a practice to house my work in fostering healing and growth for individuals.
Center Psychotherapy incorporates and reflects my eclectic, client-centered approach to treatment. It is simultaneously child and adult friendly. An art therapy studio is accessible, if desired, as is carefully selected sensory motor equipment to aid in safe exploration of our body-based needs for rhythm, self-regulation and sensory exploration.
