Vitality, growth, love, empathy, and meaning are essential to healthy functioning and a sense of well-being. In my over 20 years in clinical practice, I’ve worked with many women and men, helping them create a sense of health and contentment, as well as cultivate the skills necessary to move forward into a more rewarding and joyful life. I enjoy what I do and specialize in the treatment of depression, trauma, relationships, internet dating, anxiety and addiction.
As a graduate of both Columbia and Seton Hall universities, my background includes a wide range of clinical experience as well as multiple publications in academic journals.
