Evelyn Carayannis, CCEP in Greenwich
I work with people who struggle with relationships, who have difficulty advocating for themselves and who are transitioning through difficult times. Working with the body and whatever energy is present in the moment, I use evolutionary body-oriented techniques that work with your emotional blocks, so you can release habits that prevent access to your true nature - Authenticity, Integrity, and Passion. We each have the power to heal ourselves with the right tools and support. I am here to support your journey of healing and growth so you can create the life that you really long for.
Through the use of the breath, energetic movement, mindfulness and assertive intentionality, clients reclaim their powers . Working somatically allows for more flow in the body and that allows for more pleasure and an ability to better navigate the difficult. My Licensure in Marriage & Family Therapy will be obtained in 2018.
My passion is to support you as you navigate through feelings of anxiety, depression or feeling stuck. I support individuals through life transitions and challenges like marriage, parenthood, maternal depression, body image, divorce, children who move on and parents and grandparents who have been alienated and estranged from their children and grandchildren.
