Exploring how your nervous system and thoughts were shaped by your early experiences and providing you with alternative experiences that support you in creating a healthier relationship with yourself and others.
My passion is to support you as you navigate through feelings of anxiety, anger, depression or feeling stuck. I support individuals through life transitions and challenges like marriage, parenthood, maternal depression, body image, divorce, children who move on and individuals who have been alienated and estranged from their children and grandchildren.
