Greenville Center for Mindfulness, LLC, PhD, LISW-CP, Clinical Social Work/Therapist in Greenville
With more than 20 years experience as a clinical social worker, I know that stress oftentimes creates a number of different emotional and physical problems such as depression, anxiety, anger, poor sleep, and increased physical pain. These can affect all relationships Current stressers may be the result of issues at work, your personal finances, the economy, politics, a death of a loved one, or issues unresolved from long ago which can continue to haunt you. I will help you learn ways of approaching life in general, as well as specifically to your situation, which will be realistic and positive.
Together we will pinpoint the focus of your therapy and devise a plan of workable goals so that together we will know when things are right for you.
My clients have described their experience as "collaborative", "compassionate", and "dynamic." My therapy knowledge comes from work in both the public (hospitals and clinic) and private sectors (private practice and consulting). I am the only person in the Upstate with the necessary and extensive training to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
