Choosing to get help can be a difficult decision and choosing the right therapist is the first step on the road to a better life. I am experienced in treating a broad range of problems including relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. I also offer group therapy which I have found to be extremely helpful and an excellent value as well. My office is very serene, private and comfortable. You can read much more on my website email me with any questions you have and I will get back to you asap.
In treating eating disorders, i have found that a more comprehensive approach is needed to address this serious problem. I have an excellent team of professionals who I consult with and refer to as needed. Uncovering the underlying core issues also help my clients move towards recovery.
My practice is unique in that I provide a very eclectic treatment based on the individual needs of my client. I often have meal sessions with those in treatment for eating disorders, or have sessions outside in nature, or walking if that is what is effective.
