Hannah Caratti, LMFT, Marriage & Family Therapist in Santa Rosa
No matter how challenging life may be, I believe it is possible to move forward, to heal from a painful past, to navigate transitions, and to find healing and healthy relationships. I am here to support you in this process in a warm, empathic and collaborative way. I draw on my background in counseling psychology, meditation and somatics as I work with clients from all walks of life.
I work with individuals and couples, helping clients release the impact of trauma, anxiety & stress. I also specialize in health and career issues, relationship issues, spirituality and self-care. I often work with highly sensitive people (HSPs) and recommend the writings of Elaine Aron, author of The Highly Sensitive Person.
I offer a Client-Centered perspective as well as Somatic Techiques (Emotional Freedom Technique: EFT/Tapping; Walk & Talk Therapy) and iRest (similar to hypnotherapy and Dr. Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing). I have a backgound in yoga, meditation and nondual philosophy which affirms the unity and the sacredness of all beings.
