ASD and acroyoga to connect through touch

This group combines the skills of married couple Susie and Nosa who are acro yogis and myself and clients who have sensory, executive function, ASD spectrum, Sexually Acting out or reactivity to build rapport, self esteem, communication, mastery of balance, development of core strength and muscle and to ace fears. Kids get the opportunity to learn some Thai therapeutics and partner yoga as well. they develop a sense of proper sexual boundaries and coping skills for urges. In th summer months some pool acro is great in the fall the park also lends to more sensory and social experiences.

Adult Restorative/Yoga Wellness and Tea

This group is for those that have not done yoga or may have health issues such as arthritis, cancer, stress, and depression. We will learn coping skills, wellness tips, restorative and Yin to strengthen the body and have the assistance of Arial swings for support. We will end our fun and calming time with a cup of tea and socialization. Guided Imagery, Thai massage therapeutics, and partner yoga will also be offered. If demand present a seconf class for persons with a partner will also be offered where at a different time and with both sexes present we can OMMMM!!

Stress and Yin Yoga with Guided Imagery for Men

This group is designed to teach about the impact of stress on the body and the diseases that can be caused. The CBT theory will also be taught along with the DBT theory to help mindfulness. Restorative yoga and Yin flows will strengthen the body muscles and bones and calm the mind and regulate the breath. The people will be given opportunities to have a personal guided imagery recorded to their cell phone for what ever ails them grief, PTSD, Insomnia, Depression. Healthy Relationships and self esteem. In time people can incorporate into home practice for daily wellness/lowered stress.
