Dr. Ilana Rosenberg

Psychologist , PhD

Alone? Scared? Relationship issues? I want to help. Finding a way to turn your life around will happen in a therapy that is warm, empathic & secure. My strengths-based, positive-focused approach helps you appreciate what is already working well in your life, & take action on what you want to improve. Mindfulness of the body, access of deep emotions & direct problem solving strategies help you feel better quickly. For adults, my approach includes mindfulness, an understanding of interpersonal dynamics & practical solutions. "Nothing that feels bad is ever the last step" informs my practice. I use an accelerated model of therapy.
I work with adults, children and teens. My empathic and strengths-based approach treats anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, relationship issues & loss. I also specialize in women's issues. I offer 15 minute informational sessions about psychotherapy (complimentary) to determine if we are a match to work together.
For children & adolescents, I offer play therapy, talk therapy & social skills. I provide psychological and psychoeducational evaluations to diagnosis academic, social or emotional issues. My goal is to help you feel less alone with your feelings and issues.
