Jason S Berman, PhD, CGP, Psychologist in Dallas
I work well with caring, introspective, intelligent (there are at least 10+ types of intelligences) people who can talk about their negative feelings honestly (eventually) and openly for growth. You might be carrying bad past experiences that cast a shadow on your self image, work life or relationships. Or you have a secret that is hurting you. Or life has become harder than it needs to be. If any of these describe you and/or you're ready to change, call me today for a fresh start.
I offer individual psychotherapy, psychoanalysis and personal growth therapy groups. Group psychotherapy helps with many problems by creating safe, vital, healing. I have two groups: Monday evening and Thursday at noon. Psychoanalysis helps people find freedom through exploring the multiple meanings of what bothers them.
I work with the Enneagram for those interested. I also provide therapy/psychoanalysis for therapists and other professional helpers (e.g. physicians, nurses, clergy) whose confidentiality is critically important to work through the full range of feelings and inner experiences inherent in the lives of those who serve others.

Jason S Berman's Groups

Group for Young Adults w/ anxiety/depression

This is a weekly therapy group to help young adults (~ ages 25-45) with anxiety and depression to speak openly about their inner lives and work through their problems. In this group you can learn about yourself and grow over time with others. Most people are nervous at first but then come to experience group as helpful and meaningful. Also, having good past individual therapy experiences or a current individual therapist is a solid foundation for being in this type of engaging group.
