Group Therapy is available. Skills for Managing Depression and Anxiety, Tuesdays at 5:30 starting 6/7/16. Once the group starts you may then join at any time. We will be covering skills based on cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness.
This office also offers Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) designed for individuals in need of structured treatment of addiction, but who may not currently require residential or inpatient program. IOP addresses important recovery concepts including: family dynamics, recovery management and relapse prevention. IOP is ongoing and you can join at any time.
