She practices psychotherapy using an integrative approach to include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Rational-Emotive Therapy (REBT). Recently, she completed a certificate practicum in Rational-Emotive Therapy from the Albert Ellis Institute in Manhattan, NY.

Women's Self-Esteem 10 Week Workshop

Self-Esteem is based on how we see ourselves - our strengths and limitations - over time. It is how and what we think of ourselves. Self- Esteem plays an important role in leading a happy, fulfilling life. This 10-week group aims to help these women to better understand their own self-esteem, change the way in which they interpret their life as well as build practical skills to increase the women's level of self-esteem.
