John C Seniff, LMHC, Counselor in Ponte Vedra
We all suffer and feel stress to one degree or another. Anxiety, conflict in relationships, or simply within ourselves. Depressed, angry or struggling with addictive behaviors. Maybe you suffer from a history of abuse (sexual or not) and trauma and feel detached from others and the world. Caregivers would benefit greatly from my therapy. To be Whole and connected is a human right. To be happy and find a path that is unique to us and to live it without fear or phobias is also a human right. I can provide that healing space and emotional and spiritual support needed.
My particular specialties are relationships and personal issues, family conflict, panic/anxiety, addictive behaviors. I have broad experience to draw from. I am trained in working with those experiencing dissociation and split/multiple personalities. My approach in therapy is varied depending on the client, but always with compassion and understanding.
I am an ordained Zen Priest with 35 years formal practice and experience in meditation and spiritual healing of body/mind. I have an international background of cross cultures. My approach tends to be psychoanalytical going to root of problems and issues. I may use dream analysis and art therapy.

John C Seniff's Groups

Meditation Observed Relaxation

Some of us may practice meditation. In this meditation process we observe thoughts and feelings as a quiet observer. The goal is to go a little deeper and find an inner solitude that may reveal insights to ourselves. There will be some dialogue and visualization.I have been a teacher of Zen meditation and inner dialogue for 30 years.
