I have a strong background in psychoanalysis and spiritual evolution. I am an ordained Zen Buddhist with a background in different spiritual approaches and life changes. I am what psychologists would call a multi cultural person. I put a strong emphasis on inner growth and moving beyond stagnation. An interpersonal connection to my clients is important. My overall experience in life gives me tools to work with a client that one does not find in the usual psychological approach. I work with individuals/couples. My particular goal is to help the person understand their struggles and enlighten them...to deepen their self-awareness and spiritual foundation. I am trained in working with those experiencing dissociation and split/multiple personalities. My approach to therapy is to establish a connection and relationship with the client.
I have 35 years study (India, Japan and America) and formal practice in meditation and spiritual healing of body/mind. I have an international background of cross/multi cultures. My approach is also psychoanalytical and intuitive, going to the root of problems. I may use dream analysis, hypnosis, meditation and art therapy depending on the situation.

Some of us may practice meditation. In this meditation process we observe thoughts and feelings as a quiet observer. The goal is to go a little deeper and find an inner solitude that may reveal insights to ourselves.
