I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 13+ years of counseling and supervisory experience who enjoys working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. In my therapy practice, I use one-on-one, couples and family sessions. The clients I work with can expect sessions to focus on the negative thoughts and behaviors that are holding them back, the life events that created them, and ways to improve satisfaction in their lives and relationships.
My clients and I collaborate as a team to work towards and achieve the goals that are important to them using Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed Care and Gottman Counseling to help my clients make progress. I expect my clients to continue working on themselves outside of our sessions through homework assignments.
I am a Nationally Certified Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor through the National Board of Certified Counselors. In addition, I hold certifications as a Traumatologist with the Green Cross and am trained in Level 2 of Gottman Counseling and registered with the Gottman Referral Network.
