I believe that within every person is the capacity and courage to be who one truly is and live a joyful life. My goal is to help you overcome life's obstacles and find more authenticity, connection and meaning in your life. My approach is integrative and addresses the interplay of emotional, mental and physical well-being. I work with mindfulness, body-centered, positive psychology, and existential techniques to help you become more self aware, live more fully in the present, reduce distress, maintain healthy relationships, and to live an authentic life.
I hold a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Montana State University. I have additional training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion, Mindfulness, CBT, CBTI for Insomnia, art therapy, yoga, meditation, self-compassion in psychotherapy, and mind-body techniques. I look forward to helping you and welcome your call.

This work helps us to understand shame and learn to move through shame with less distress. Groups
Rising Strong(tm) Workshop
Explore what it takes to get back up after we have dared and fallen. Learn ways to recognize when we're emotionally hooked, identify ways we offload our hurt, and explore the stories we tell ourselves. Learn to own our stories and write brave endings to them. The workshop consists of proprietary videos from Brené Brown that help understand her research, exercises that help us explore how these teachings apply to us, and sharing our stories, struggles and triumphs with the group. Thursdays, April 4, 11, 18, & 25 -6:30 to 8:30pm, Saturday April 6 - 9am to 6pm $395
