Dr. Joseph P Bablonka

Psychologist , MA , PhD

(907) 227-9477
My primary focus is to respectfully help you identify and deal with your concerns. Recovery from, or better management of anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, bereavement, phobias, transition and pain management are central areas of my practice. My approach is eclectic. After consultation with you, we will move forward with what will work best for you. I use my experience and knowledge as a clinical and consulting psychologist to help you more effectively manage, resolve or confront, emotional, behavioral and cognitive concerns. I enjoy working in both psychotherapeutic and organizational environments.
As a psychotherapist, I use my experience in cognitive behavioral therapy and interpersonal relationships to support you. I am EMDR and DBT trained. As a consulting psychologist, I offer over 20 years of successful experience providing performance management/process consultation to individual and business environments.
Over the years I've been fortunate to obtain a cross cultural perspective of people from a broad spectrum of individuals and organizations within different countries and cultures. These experiences have helped me to appreciatively gain unique and rich perspectives with which to assist people in reaching their desired goals.
