Ms. Judy Zexter

Clinical Social Work/Therapist , LCSW

(424) 247-5929
I am an experienced therapist, dedicated to helping people meet their challenges in a safe and non-judgmental environment. I provide feedback that allows people to gain perspective and insight into their difficulties so that they can develop the ability to meet their personal goals. I empower clients by helping them to realize their strengths so that they can proceed in a realistic and self influenced way. When I assist people with recognizing, understanding and shifting patterns of behavior that are counterproductive for them, they begin to lead more satisfying and happy lives.
I have worked with many women and men who have faced a variety of personal challenges. I have extensive experience and training in family dynamics, psychotherapeutic principles and mindfulness which has given me a solid foundation in my work with adolescents, adults and parents.
I strongly believe in the uniqueness and integrity of each person and his/her family, and therefore use an individualized approach that is tailored to best meet the specific needs of each client. I also value a collaborative process as it benefits people in garnering long term results.
