My practice is currently full and I am not accepting new patients. I work with individuals and couples ages 18 and older. I provide a comfortable and safe environment for my patients to explore their feelings, thoughts and relationships. Through therapy sessions my patients can reduce their symptoms of anxiety & depression, improve their family and work relationships and feel more confident about themselves. I help my patients figure out where they are now, and where they want to be in the future.
I specialize in the treatment of Mood Disorders- both depression and anxiety. I have completed Basic Training for EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). In addition I have training in Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) for the treatment of OCD. In addition I provide parenting support and guidance for parents of adolescents and teenagers.
I am a LCSW who has been in practice for 26 years. I am licensed in NJ, NY, PA & DE and I am approved as an out of state telehealth provider for those who reside in FL.
