I am relational in my therapuetic approach and utilize different methods to meet the needs of each person. I stress the concept of hope and that we can learn new strategies so we can change and grow, no matter how stuck we may feel. I focus on helping people discover their strengths and find resources to begin changing what isn't working in order to improve relationships and feel better about life! I work with children, adolescents and adults, to address many issues including bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety and adjustment to life changes. I offer individual, couples and family therapy.
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety and adjustment issues (graduation, relational problems, etc.) I also work with people who have been given the diagnosis of bipolar or personality disorder. I can help improve coping strategies to enhance self-concept and improve relationships.
