We're taught, if we work hard we'll be successful, and once we're successful we will be happy. My experience, and positive psychology tenets reveal the reverse to be true: When we are happy, when our mindset and mood are positive, we are smarter, more motivated, and thus more successful. In my work with college students and professionals with ADHD, learning differences, depression and anxiety, I use a holistic coaching model integrating your unique combination of passion and motivation, learning style, optimal nutrition and lifestyle. Together we devise mini-action plans, which, when followed, typically lead to achieving results, goals, and often dreams.
If you have difficulty with focus, concentration, organization, get easily overwhelmed and frustrated, this may lead to negative self-talk, procrastination, anxiety and depression. I help people identify the spark that motivates them which creates positive momentum. Our coaching provides ongoing accountability that my clients report being profoundly and simply do-able, while tremendously effective.
As Creator of College Coaching Corner at CUNY, I have helped hundreds of college students exceed their goals. Professionally trained in ADHD Coaching, Family Therapy, and Holistic Nutrition, I also help professionals, couples and families improve relationships, career and work satisfaction. Together we can devise an action plan customized for your success.
