As the founder of The Healing Arts Center of Richmond, I believe in a strengths-based, holistic approach to therapy and wellness. I specialize in individual, couples, and group therapy working with clients who want to grow, heal, and reach their greatest potential. I have specialized training in EMDR, MARI, Reiki, GIM, & Energy & Chakra Psychology. I have extensive experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, & relationship issues. I am also a registered Yoga Instructor. I am committed to treating the whole person and empowering clients to make positive changes to reach their goals and to promote healing, personal growth, and wellness.
My approach to therapy is holistic, incorporating complementary therapies that address mind, body, and spirit, including psychotherapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), Energy & Chakra Psychology, MARI (the Mandela Assessment & Research Instrument - an art therapy assessment tool), GIM (The Bonny Method of Guided Imagery & Music), Yoga (RYT 200 in Hot Vinyasa), Imagery & Visualization.

In this workshop we will create a safe space to explore the grief & self-image issues women experience; dispel the myths surrounding mothering & infertility; & begin to redefine our experiences to find new paths to reclaim & honor the mother within. An experiential workshop designed to give you the tools to help foster the healing process & begin to explore the possibilities beyond infertility through Breathing, Meditation, Yoga, Guided Imagery & Music, Art, Energy Work, Nutrition, & other holistic self-care practices. Enjoy a complete self-care experience, as we journey together past the grief towards new ways to redefine, reclaim & honor the mother within.
