I specialize in healing relationships and unblocking areas that contribute to disconnect within oneself and within your relationships using Family Systems Theory, CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and mindfulness.
I work with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I work with couples and individuals who want to heal strengthen and thrive in their relationship.
