Do you feel stuck? Want more out of life? Are you tired of feeling down or anxious? Do you feel sad or feel that you have no energy or oomph? If you've answered "yes" to any of these, it's likely a great time for you to seek therapy. Let me help you get on the path to living your best life. It can and does get better and I'd love to show you how. Don't let stress, anxiety, or depression consume your life. Call or text me today at 419-386-4536 for an appointment.
I specialize in using cognitive-behavioral therapy to treat anxiety and depression. Two areas I particularly enjoy treating include helping women with self-esteem and co-dependency. I also treat insomnia and sleep difficulties. I spent 9 years with the VA healthcare system and I'd love to help you.
I'm available Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. To speak briefly on the phone (for free of course) about your problems, call me at 419-386-4536. I'm also available via text message!
