"Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life. Tip toe if you must, but take the step." You always have the capacity to live your life to its fullest potential. My goal is to help you uncover your authentic self and start living the life you deserve. I encourage my clients to draw on their strengths and talents, as well as to develop intuitiveness, support, daily structure and coping skills.
My practice is geared toward helping individuals address life stressors. I have extensive experience in working with women and adolescent girls who have struggled with disordered eating. I also have a special interest in providing guidance and support to those who are going through divorce and custody issues.
Therapy is a collaborative effort that allows you to uncover your personal truth, give voice to your inner wisdom and to build your confidence. "The soul has been given its own ears to hear things the mind does not understand." - Rumi

Laura DiNunzio's groups

Being Balanced

Eating disorders give a false sense of security and control. The Being Balanced group will focus on taking control back from the eating disorder. We will use DBT based activities to establish healthier coping skills; as well as relational therapy to develop meaningful connections with the other group members.
