She has spent the last 15 years working with children, adolescents and adults as a teacher, learning specialist and licensed professional counselor across private and public school settings.

She uses a combination of therapy orientations tailored to the individual including Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused and Family Systems Therapy to instill hope by identifying maladaptive, distorted thought patterns and reframe them to positively change behaviors.
