Special interests are helping adolescents and adults cope with and manage ADHD symptoms; learn how to manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, and/or poor self-image; teach clients relaxation skills to manage anxiety. Using the therapeutic approach or combination of approaches that work best for you, allows me to provide what you need to reach your goals.
