I work with a wide range of people, including adults who have been identified later in life as Autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent, folks navigating the impacts of perimenopause, and parents who are struggling with burnout and/or are trying to manage competing sensory and support needs in the home.

My approach is to walk alongside you as a knowledgeable and nonjudgmental guide, moving at your pace and toward goals that are important to you. I will hold space, be a compassionate witness, share information and strategies that may help, and support your self-acceptance and growth.
