After 30 years of experience doing therapy in the US and other countries, I have several tools in my toolbox. I use a variety of approaches and techniques such as hypnosis, cognitive therapy, PACT, emotionally focused therapy, mindfulness, among others. I have been very interested in how to help couples to have better relationships: how their past affect their relationship and how they can let go of their past and create the life, and relationship they want for themselves.
I offer PACT, Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy, Level 3 for couples issues, specially cross-cultural marriages. I have an eclectic use of Ericksonian Hypnosis, Cognitive therapy, Mindfulness based therapy, and Psychodynamic. I speak fluent Spanish and Portuguese, and of course English!
