Good personal relationships are the key to a life that is satisfying and productive. Sometimes conflict from early childhood can seriously impact present day relationships. Exploring the connection between past hurts, anger, abuse and trauma with current symptoms, such as depression, is the basis for psychotherapy. Choosing a competent psychologist is crucial to successful tresatment. Psychotherapy involves the establishment, through dialogue, of a therapeutic relationship between the psychologist and the patient. This relationship facilitates the patient's recognition of and understanding of unsatisfying patterns of behavior.I can help you recognize and change these patterns to a more successful style.
