I use mindfulness, cognitive behavioral and humanistic therapies to help manage anxiety and depression. You will never feel like you have "homework"; any strategies we use in session should feel natural to you. I am certified in hypnosis and that might be a complementary strategy for you.
My clients come to me with anxiety, depression, fears, phobias, panic attacks, grief, relationship stress, job stress and other kinds of life stressors.
