I have studied principles of Positive Psychology and lessons from A Course in Miracles. Wayne Dyer, Carolyn Myss, and Eckhart Tolle; several of my favorite authors. I practice meditation & mindfulness and find these helpful in managing anxiety and depression, along with cognitive behavioral therapy.
