Children, teens, women, and families have been the focus of my practice for over 19 years. My desire is to come alongside you and offer Hope while encouraging you toward your goals. I believe it is important to find the right therapist that you feel comfortable with. As a registered play therapist, I specialize in working with toddlers, children and teens experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, attachment issues, early childhood concerns, behavior challenges and family transitions. Helping children who are adopted internationally or through foster care is also a major focus of my practice.
If you are feeling concerned for your child or frustrated as a parent, therapy is often helpful to gain support and tools to help your child and your family. I offer individual counseling for children, teens and women, play therapy, parent-child counseling, parenting support, and family therapy.
Transitions to parenthood, perinatal and postpartum issues are also a focus in my practice. Women's issues including depression, anxiety, and relationships often improve with the relational style of therapy I provide. Please visit my website for more information.
