Children, teens, women, and families have been the focus of my practice for 20 years. My desire is to come alongside you and offer Hope while encouraging you toward your goals. I believe it is important to find the right therapist that you feel comfortable with. As a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor, I specialize in working with toddlers, children and teens experiencing attachment issues, anxiety, grief and loss, behavior challenges and family transitions. International Adoption is also a major focus of my practice and I am certified in Trust Based Relational Intervention Therapy (TBRI).
If you are feeling concerned for your child or frustrated as a parent, therapy is often helpful to gain support and tools to help yourself, your child and your family. I offer individual counseling for children, teens and women, play therapy, parent-child counseling, parenting support, and family therapy.
Transitions to parenthood, perinatal and postpartum issues are also a focus in my practice. Women's issues including depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges often improve with the relational style of therapy I provide. Please visit my website for more information.
