Therapy is about what works for you, and helps you through stressful times. I believe in a common-sense approach, and I offer a respectful, non-judgmental presence in a quiet place where you can talk about whatever is on your mind. If you are working through depression, anxiety, or other life changes, I'll support you through it. We can explore your strengths, skills, and resources, and work to develop new ones. You will sometimes hear laughter at our clinic, as hearts heal and people move forward. We'll find what works for you!
If you have experienced violence or other trauma, I provide a safe place to share... where you are believed and heard, and can move forward at your own pace. I offer warm, caring grief and loss counseling. As a licensed therapist, I can provide you with needed court-mandated services.
These are difficult economic times... recognizing this, I offer lower rates than many licensed therapists. I work with a reasonable sliding scale - please ask about it. I currently offer day and evening appointments, including weekends. I will respond when you call!
