An eight week two hour session which is educational. The goal is personal self awareness and increased ability to deal with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and everyday problems. The group dynamics develops an environment where respect and trust allows each participant to enjoy the ability to have self reflection without judgement nor criticism. The goal is attained through exercises in self-awareness,self-expression,deep breathing techniques, guided imagery, mindful activities,and an understanding of a person's neurological system. With the increase of self-care, a person can gain a quality of life.
