Mary Gentile, PhD, Psychologist in Spokane
Do you have a recurrent negative image from an accident, injury or loss? I have been a psychologist for over 25 years and doing EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) therapy for over 20 years. I have found EMDR therapy to be an excellent and efficient way to quickly heal from these images and move forward with your life. I also specialize in treating anxiety and panic disorder conditions.
My PhD is in Clinical Medical Psychology. I approach you as a whole being integrating body, mind and spirit. We all want to be seen, heard, understood and accepted. My goal is to provide a safe atmosphere in which to explore who you are and who you can be.
I use therapies which provide quick and effective responses to stressful situations. I have taught mindfulness techniques for 20 years. These skills help one remain calm even under trying conditions. Our work together is to explore, find and BE the best you- whole and worthy. Please give me a call.
