Patients come to me for help with many different issues and they are often relieved to learn that therapy does not have to mean a long-term commitment. Making even small changes can have a profound effect on your life. Focused therapy that accommodates your schedule and unique issues can help isolate problems and take the steps to create a better life.
I see primarily professional people who need to cope with tremendous stresses in their lives. Stress management, depression, family issues, substance abuse, eating disorders, career development, anxiety are some of the topics that my clients tackle.
I was leader of the Psyching Team for the NYC Marathon for over 15 years so I see many weekend warriors. I ran 10 marathons myself, do long-distance biking, yoga and weight lifting. I have danced for many years and have seen many dancers in my practice. Argentinian Tango and Salsa are my passions !
