Meredith L.T. Montgomery, MSEd, LPCC-S, Counselor in Dayton
Meredith L.T. Montgomery is not currently accepting new clients.
**NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS AT THIS TIME!** Deciding to see a counselor can be a difficult decision. Accepting you want to talk with someone, finding the right person and not understanding exactly what happens in therapy are all common concerns. Counseling is a partnership between the client (that's you) and the provider (that's me). My role as counselor is to meet you where you are, provide support and clarification when needed, and help you develop the tools/skills you need to accomplish your goals.
I enjoy working with individuals, ages 12 - adulthood. We will work together to determine the best approach to accomplish your goals for counseling.
I am a business owner as well as a counselor and counselor educator. I have a thorough understanding of interpersonal dynamics. I work from a positive psychology theoretical framework. I tend to see strengths and areas of improvement rather than seek out "problems" that must be "fixed."
