Modern life is overwhelming and difficult at times! I will walk beside you, whether as an individuals, couple, or family to solve issues and heal blocks to being the best you can be. The hallmark of my counseling style is to facilitiate learning that goes beyond a "head" level, and is also integrated in the heart. I will teach you techniques, such as EFT and hypnosis, which you can use in your daily lives to eliminate symptoms, feel better, and interact more effectively with those around you.
Therapies: brief strategic, solution-focused, family systems, and schema , which I use in couple/ family interventions. Trauma/Individual: Hypnosis, EMDR, EFT, and regressions with a focus on healing whatever comes up to be healed. Using a holistic approach to assist clients in making/healing connections between illnesses and unhealed issues.
I have a strong commitment to my own personal growth. The techniques I use with you, I also use for myself and my family. Talks and trainings are provided in a smallgroup setting : to help insulate your marriage from an affair, developing deeper skills for relaxing and other relevant topics.
