Michelle K Dubay, LIMHP, LADC, PC, Drug & Alcohol Counselor in Omaha
Would you like to feel emotionally hardy with a wealth of tools to cope with life instead of turning to drugs, alcohol, or other self-harming behaviors. You can be free of your trauma and manage your emotions, your life and your addiction. My approach is through DBT, EMDR, as well as Exposure Therapy. I have personal knowledge of 12 step recovery programs and use therapies that only enhance your recovery.
My experience includes working with addictions, blended families, EMDR I & II, . Feeling State work, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I have an excellent knowledge of recovery, I facilitate DBT Skills and Level 2 process groups, and I love working with those in recovery who are struggling with the relationships issues in sobriety.
I am credentialed as a licensed drug and alcohol counselor and an Independent Mental Health Practitioner. I am also a state preferred provider and I accept vouchers. I am a Substance Abuse Professional through the Department of Transportation. I have training in Feeling State Protocol as well.
