I help people transform themselves. If you are tired of being stuck and want to live the life you desire, I'm your guy. I work best with people who are ready to do the work, who are open to the exploration of Self and healing. If you are here exploring psychotherapy options then that means you! I work with people that are both looking to heal, or those that are feeling pretty good but want to level up (however what is nice is that both often end up occurring). I work with mostly adult men and women and do see some teens if they are older or emotionally mature. I also offer Men's groups in addition to individual psychotherapy.
I have been trained in a wide variety of clinical approaches and techniques. My main training is both in Contemplative Psychotherapy and Depth Psychology. I have a strong foundation in mindfulness and meditation. The great thing these two approaches teach is that anything is workable and worth examining, in order to make meaning out of it, and to heal.
My practice is located in a very warm and cozy atmosphere along with other mental health practitioners from psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors. I am most easily reached via email.
